While deep in meditation I once clearly saw that the water our bodies are made of has already been part of countless lakes, rivers, oceans as well as plants, animals and even other humans. In that moment I understood that the water molecules in our cells intimately connect us to everything that has ever lived and everything that will ever live here on Earth.
